While searching for a new opportunity in the corporate world, I stumbled upon a newfound passion in the most unexpected place - my kitchen. Exploring different avenues to occupy my time while job hunting, I delved into the world of sourdough bread baking. What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into a full-blown obsession as I discovered the joy and satisfaction that came from creating something delicious with my own two hands.
